Through Couples’ Charism Retreats thousands of couples have been mentored to be a blessing to each other and to their children. Couples Charism Retreat is centered on the principle of Self-transformation that enables the husband and wife to change themselves rather than trying to change each other. This retreat prepares the couples to face the challenges of family life in the modern times by helping them to realize the purpose of their call/vocation as married couples.
- CCR focuses special attention for healing the broken relationships by counseling, mentoring, and ongoing accompaniment of couples.
- During this retreat, couples are accompanied to form clear Conscience and Convictions based on the Word of God and the Teachings of the Catholic Church on Marriage and Family.
- Retreat comprises Classes, Holy Eucharist, Confessions, Healing and Deliverance, Adoration, Couples’ sharing, Group sharing, and Counseling.
- Classes consist of Couples’ Spirituality, Self-giving love, and Sexual intimacy.

The Youth Retreat, is a three-day retreat that is designed for young people ages 16-30. The retreat is a time for young people to come together to grow in the faith, connect with God, build relationships with other young people, and preparing to walk with Jesus.
The Inner Healing Retreat, is a three-day retreat that is designed to help you connect with your inner self, heal from past hurts, and find peace and wholeness. The retreat can help you to grow in your relationship with God. You will learn how to experience His love and healing in a deeper way. The retreat will provide you with the tools and support you need to explore your inner world and begin the process of healing.
This Psycho-Spiritual Transformation retreat is for those who are serious about changing their lives for the better. The retreat helps the participants to live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. During the retreat days each one spends time reflecting on who one really is and what one really wants in life and how to get it. While the preached retreat is only for five days, arrangements can be made for those who wish to stay a longer period and make personal and guided retreats.
Prarthana Niketan was one of the first retreat centers in Kerala to offer Couples’ Charism Retreat, a well-appreciated program at the center. Married couples who attended couples’ Charism retreat and desired to grow further, formed Biblical Couples’ Community (B.C.C) on 10th June 2008. These couples come together and receive help and guidance from the center on the First Fridays of every month.
The One-Day Retreat Based on the Word of God is a spiritual retreat that is designed to help people grow in their faith and to deepen their relationship with God. "Ephatha" is conducted on the second Saturday of every month which includes, Eucharistic Adoration, Confession, and Spiritual Counseling.
